Sarat Sabharwal earned his MD from the University of Iowa College of Medicine and currently holds the position of professor at the University of Central Florida. Dr. Sarat Sabharwal is skilled in the areas of cosmetic surgery, urologic oncology, robotic surgery, kidney cancer treatment, erectile dysfunction treatment, and stem cell therapy.

Experienced physician Sarat Sabharwal, MD, practices urology, robotic surgery, and cosmetic surgery in Florida. Sarat Sabharwal, MD, concurrently serves in multiple roles, including section chief of urology at Orlando VA Medical Center, assistant professor of surgery at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine, and assistant professor of surgery at the University of Illinois College of Medicine.

In preparation for his career, Dr. Sabharwal graduated from the University of Iowa College of Medicine with his doctor of medicine degree. From there, he completed post-doctoral training in general surgery and urology at the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo. For several years, he practiced as a urologist at such facilities as Midwest Urological Group and Affiliated Urology Group in Illinois before completing residency training from Johns Hopkins and the University of California.

This additional training granted Dr. Sabharwal the knowledge he needed to become a proctor of intuitive surgery. After completing a post-doctoral program in liposuction, fat transfer, and cosmetic surgery from the American Society of Cosmetic Gynecology, he also began practicing in liposuction and fat transfer. Active in the professional community, Dr. Sabharwal belongs to such organizations as the American Association of Clinical Urologist and American College of Surgeons.
